In order to access the Online Application Process for employment with the Port Authority (or PATH) (the "Site"), and to submit an Application for one or more of the positions or opportunities listed (the "Application"), you must read and accept the Privacy and Terms of Use provisions and click the "I Accept" button at the bottom of this page.

We appreciate your interest in employment opportunities with The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the "Port Authority") and its wholly owned subsidiary Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation ("PATH"). To apply for positions through this Site, you are required to register with the Site; however, to view the opportunities available to qualified applicants, registration is not required.

The Port Authority is the sole owner of information collected on or through the Site or the Application, which may be administered, operated, reviewed, and maintained by the Port Authority (which, unless the context otherwise requires, includes both the Port Authority itself and its PATH subsidiary) or for the Port Authority by contractors. You have no ownership interest in or property rights to the information provided through or maintained for the Site. You may decide not to disclose certain information, but you must understand that if you choose not to disclose information, that choice may limit our ability to consider you for certain positions.

The information you submit through the Site may be used, together with a formal, signed employment application form requested from you in future, to assess your capabilities and qualifications for positions with the Port Authority, to check your references, to conduct background checks, to create reports required by law or regulations, and to contact you about career opportunities. The information may be retained as required by law or otherwise and, if you are hired, it may become part of your employment file.
